Our CARF accredited inpatient rehabilitation program staffed by an interdisciplinary team of rehab professionals led by the rehab physician. Siskin Hospital for Physical Rehabilitation opened in Chattanooga in 1990 as the first freestanding, not-for-profit rehabilitation hospital in Tennessee built specifically for rehabilitation patients.
